RETURNS

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods or, if an order is delivered separately, in batches or in parts, on the day you receive the last item, batch or part.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Email zwroty@corporalwojtek.com, quoting your order number and the products you wish to return. You may include your statement of withdrawal directly in the email.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to the address we provide in our reply.

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree with you on another method that does not involve additional costs for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We refund the price of the returned goods and, if you withdraw from the entire contract, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered in our store.

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

Please return clothing without deterioration, dirt, odours, signs of washing, damage or other signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the product.

You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical shop.

If you use the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are responsible for the resulting reduction in its value.

This means that if returned clothing shows signs of wear, washing, dirt, odours, damage or other use beyond simply trying it on, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

We assess each case individually, taking the actual condition of the returned product into account.

CHANGING SIZE

Want a different size? The quickest solution is to return the product under the rules above and place a new order in the correct size. You do not need to wait until the returned product reaches us to place a new order.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to non-prefabricated goods made to the buyer's specifications or tailored to their individual needs, such as custom-made clothing or clothing with a personalised print.

COMPLAINTS — GOODS NOT IN CONFORMITY WITH THE CONTRACT

If the goods you receive do not conform to the contract, for example if they are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, email zwroty@corporalwojtek.com. Include your order number, describe the problem and, if possible, attach photographs.

The seller is liable for a lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer may request repair or replacement. In the cases provided for by law, the consumer may also request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

We respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

If a parcel was damaged in transit, obtaining a damage report from the courier may help us assess the complaint. However, the absence of a report does not remove the consumer's right to complain.

OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, particularly assistance from the relevant regional Trade Inspection authority, a permanent arbitration court at the Trade Inspection, a district or municipal consumer ombudsman, or other authorised bodies in the register maintained by UOKiK, Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
