Delivery and payment
What delivery costs, how long it takes and how you can pay.
Every order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Orders paid by 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day, and the rest go out on the next business day.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. We e-mail you the tracking number. You can also check the order status on our tracking page: all you need is the order number and your e-mail.
Countries we ship to
We ship to all European Union countries. The seller uses the small-business VAT exemption (art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act), so the shop price is final and has no VAT in it.
Payment
- BLIK or payment card, in Poland and abroad.
We hand the order to the warehouse once the payment is credited.
Sales documents
Every order gets a sales document. We issue a company invoice if you tick the box at checkout and give a VAT ID before placing the order, because a VAT ID cannot be added to a document after the sale.
